Tennis surface

Our versatile hardcourt surfaces feature a multilayered system that can be used for indoor or outdoor use. From the scorching heat of Indian  summers to grueling subzero northern winters, Deco Hardcourts can withstand extreme temperatures without compromising the quality of the court.

Our surface of tennis court contains the following layers.

  1. Concrete or Asphalt
  2. Acrylic Resurfacer
    Acrylic Resurfacer blended with approved silica sand.
  3. Texture Course
    Deco Color mixed with silica sand or blended with Deco Base I provides a uniform surface texture and determines the speed of play and traction on the court.
  4. Finish Course
    Deco Color creates a vibrant, durable finish highly resistant to weather and ultraviolet degradation. Line Paint

    1. A heavy bodied acrylic latex white striping paint comes in both textured and untextured.

Specification :

A tennis court is 78ft (23.77m) in length. The courts used for singles matches are 27ft (8.23m) wide, while doubles courts are 36ft (10.97m) wide. The court’s service line is 21ft (6.4m) from the net.

Process of installation :

  1. Excavate/dig up the existing surface to required depth
  2. Lay down a geotextile membrane
  3. Stone up and install sub base
  4. Install sports surfacing.
  5. Paint the surfacing on macadam hard court or polymeric
  6. Install line markings.
